|Synopsis|

A virgin “ice queen” heiress & the arrogant god who wants to melt her…

Rose Calloway thought she had everything under control. At twenty-three, she’s a Princeton graduate, an Academic Bowl champion, a fashion designer and the daughter of a Fortune 500 mogul. But not everything comes easy.

When Rose’s fashion line is in peril, she plans an unconventional solution to save it. Making matters more intense, she agrees to be in a relationship with her “godly” college rival, Connor Cobalt.

At twenty-four, Connor Cobalt bulldozes weak men. Confident and smart-as-hell, Connor vows to help Rose outside of the bedroom and inside. But melting this ice queen is a challenge no one has been able to succeed at.

And now they’re living together.

While I started with the Addicted series, Iโ€™m sorry to say Lo and Lily donโ€™t hold a candle to Rose and Connor. I loved finally getting to be inside their heads and seeing how they operated. Connor especially because of how cool, calm and calculating he always seemed.

Kiss the Sky had the superior sex scenes. Youโ€™re telling me Connor Cobalt who appeared to have the personality of a robot is actually a sex god? Rose Calloway likes to relinquish control in the bedroom and Connor was there to take the reigns. That man is what Christian Grey aspired to be.

While I may have laughed him out of the bedroom because no thanks, the dynamic worked well for them. It made sense for who they were individually and as a couple. Rose being a virgin and Connor being so damn patient and not pushy was just swoony. I loved their moments and seeing how their relationship progressed in this book.

Six friends. Three couples. One family. Family is everything, the one youโ€™re born into or the one you find for yourself. These books cover a variety of topics that matter and Iโ€™m so glad to have stumbled upon them. Theyโ€™re a journey I canโ€™t wait to continue.
